I was in this place for the first time, before that they usually ordered home delivery. The constant taste of pilaf is just an explosion of taste buds (be sure to try it), lagman is also great, the children ordered pizza - it's also delicious.
The service in the cafe was pleasant - very quickly and nicely served. The only drawback is the cramped space, the tables are very close, and during rush hour, as they say, "you can't turn around."
A good place to eat, separate areas are decorated, which is very good, since the flow of visitors is large. Delicious food, at prices like everywhere else.
Date of visit: 12/31/2023
1. The menu was brought after repeated request.
2. When ordering, I asked to divide a portion of pilaf into two plates for children, the waiter agreed. As a result, I brought it on one plate.
3. The devices with which one could eat this pilaf, in principle, were not brought.
4. At the request to call the administrator, she just left.
5. According to the waiter, it turned out that it was impossible to divide into two plates. When asked to provide a clean plate so that I could put the children into portions, the waiter said NO.
More than 10 minutes have passed since the order was delivered and I asked the receptionist to come up for the first time.
Nothing has changed. No one came.
The receptionist came over. After that, the extra dishes were removed and the plates were brought.
There are still no appliances for food.
Upon repeated request to bring the dishes, the waiter replied that we would eat pilaf with our hands!!!!
During the waiting time for the appliances and the administrator, the pilaf not only cooled down but also got wet...
At the same time, the neighboring tables were served normally.
Is this some kind of discrimination based on nationality?
There is such a pilaf, especially with our hands, we did not.
The rudeness with which the administrator said goodbye to me probably means that she is not an administrator.
I ask you to understand this situation and respond.
OH, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. There was such a delicious smell of barbecue from the street that I decided to stop by for lunch. I waited for the waiter for a long time, THE FOOD was TASTELESS and EXPENSIVE, the service was unhurriedly negligent. I waited a long time for the order, the appliances were brought only at my request, initially, apparently, I had to eat salad and shish kebab with my hands. In general, I got the feeling that I was not welcome, but please leave 10% of the tip, if you want, you don't want. They are included in the bill.
Pilaf is here, mmm, you can lick your fingers! One of the few places where manta rays are excellent. A large selection of dishes, reasonable prices.Cozy, tasty, friendly. Be sure to check it out here.
I really liked the Dungan meat and Tashkent tea. I came here twice more on purpose for these dishes … I would love to try other dishes... they look and smell very appetizing!

Unfortunately, it was not possible to enjoy this place. A road was made in front of the entrance, there is no working mode at the cafe. They came around 10 a.m., there was no one, they wrote to the messenger, they could not help and explain. Then, the waiter who had just come on shift, said that they had been working since 11 or 12 days. There are no vegetarian dishes. There is pilaf
A terrible place, we ordered two lagmans (at home and guira), one lagman was brought in 10-15 minutes, the second lagman was waited for half an hour. I had to remind you several times. Secondly, all guests of Kazakh nationality were brought packaged appliances, they just threw them on the table for us. Bestial attitude towards Russians, I do not recommend it at all.
Well, what can I say, but there is actually nothing to say, or rather, nothing good. In the center of the old town, next to the park, but the level of service, cuisine and quality leaves much to be desired. Unsanitary conditions are utter, filth! How does this kind of institution work in general.
An amazing discrepancy between the status of the express cafe and the speed of service)
I waited for shurpa soup for an hour.
Fortunately, the dish itself was of high quality and delicious.
Everything is fine, the staff is polite, the dishes were brought quickly, lagman, pizza and lemonade are well prepared, hearty and delicious. It suits the price too. Greetings from Zhezkazgan!
The worst summer holiday in the city, but if you want to feel the bazaar vibe in the city center, I advise you to come here. You will not be served, perhaps you will break your arm on the table because the boards are jumping all the time because they are not screwed on and in the end you will help the waiters to finish their homework because they have to go to school tomorrow.
The zombie waitress. I waited 20 minutes to find out that there was no pilaf. It's cold inside. It looks like a place where it is better not to go - both outside and inside. The waitress was carrying the food and sneezed right into the plate🤢🤢🤢
A good envy and the waiters are finally well done to keep it up, pilaf topchik 👍🔥

You have a delicious barbecue, but the service is poor. The waiters don't have time. I have to go find the waiters myself. The buttons on the tables do not respond. The waiter brought pilaf, forgot achi-chuk and bread, said I'll bring it right now and disappeared. I had to go for the achichuk and bread myself. By the way, I have never come across a hot pilaf. Although I often eat at your place. Unsanitary conditions, tables are dirty forever, glasses are cloudy. In general, you need to work on the service. After all, we live in the capital. You need to match it. And so a normal eatery))))
Hello, I want to leave a review about your institution, I recently had lunch with a friend, I really liked everything fresh and hot pilaf, and the guy Temirlan served us. I wish you enlightenment and grateful customers. 👍
It is written that the center of delicious pilaf, but in fact the pilaf is not delicious. The rice is not cooked, the rest of the dishes are too greasy.
Unsanitary conditions. The bucket is on the table. Leftovers on the tables.
The price is low for pilaf, so people are coming.
The waiters live on their own.
