I signed up for the first and last time!
They made it clear from the doorstep that they would not even count on an interesting design! I asked for strengthening + gel polish. During the treatment, the cuticles were cut! The workplace is dirty! But that 's not what pissed me off ! One day later, minus the nail, although the reinforcement was done!
I did a manicure for the wedding and gave a lot of money, they are very thin for nails with reinforcement.

I am not a regular customer of the Karma studio, I do nails with my master. But it so happened that there was no way to get into the schedule, and nails were needed "here and now". I signed up where there were places and decent photos in the Insta) When recording on tlf, the administrator realized that I was running out of time, called back to inform me that the master would be able to receive me at a convenient time for me, so they could move the recording to receive me. The beginning has already surprised me, but no more than in the context of "the salon is young, not burned out yet, thank you, excellent", no more.
At the appointed time, the master started working. All my requests for choosing a milling cutter were taken into account (I can't work with a metal one, it hurts a lot). The manicure is not even excellent in quality: this is a perfectionist's dream. I am an amateur in terms, I evaluate the work as a client, not a master. It is carefully processed around the nail plate, not a second of discomfort when removing the old material, the work is filigree. Pleasant conversation, friendly atmosphere. But the nature of things is not expressed in anything as fully as in the smallest. Little things... They are the ones who can either spoil the whole impression, or create the perfect image. The cabin is clean. You may object, they say, in such an area of services, this should be raised to the absolute by default. Agree. But it's so clean that it catches the eye. The workplaces are laconically equipped, everything is clear, to the point, every little thing is in its place. The eye does not get tired of the bright walls, the TV does not scream, but works, smells of coffee, the masters do not discuss the previous client and homemade borscht among themselves). All tools are taken from kraft bags, sterilization in a dry-burning cabinet, marking of compliance with the temperature regime on the package is present.
The work itself: design, execution, quality - 10 out of 10.
Bottom line: the level of service, quality of work, customer orientation, marketing, emotional intelligence and wisdom of the owners - this is the bar above which it will be difficult for NEIL studios in Vitebsk to rise. Trying to at least match is a development plan.
