It's a very atmospheric place. From the dilapidated sights, it causes a feeling of completeness of the composition (you understand where it was, how it could look), you can walk, take pictures, from the local flavor - a huge number of grape snails)
Impressive even in the form of ruins. Once it was the largest monastery in the village, but it was dismantled into bricks 150 years ago. So that you can understand its true scale, this is the largest tower, which is half of its real height. It is unlikely that it will ever be restored, although the exit gate has been updated. I advise you to visit if you drive by
The ruins are impressive, but as a separate point of the route, this object is not suitable for an independent visit. We need a good guide. After visiting, you notice that half of the Birch is built of monastery bricks)
Belarus is now actively restoring its historical sites. I hope that money will be allocated soon for the Berezovsky Carthusian Monastery. In the meantime, these are brick walls, but it's worth a trip for the sake of the view)
It is a very beautiful, atmospheric place. It is directly "permeated" with history, it is a pity that you can only walk around the monastery (or rather what is left of it), the entrance to the territory is closed for security reasons.
It's a pity I didn't take a photo, but this is one of the moments that I want to capture in memory and not on paper, I won't take a photo so that you can see it with your own eyes
Part of the monastery is located on the territory of the Church. But there are enough ruins in the public domain to walk around them. As you can see in the photo, the entrance to the monastery was restored, and a sign was put up that passage was prohibited.
Before visiting this place, I advise you to go to the Berezovsky Museum of Local Lore, where a wonderful employee will tell you about the monastery, show you a mock-up of the original appearance of the complex.
Ruins, there's really nothing to see. There is no point in stopping by even on the way. Inside there is grass, a couple of trees and traces of homo sapiens activity.
On the way to the Kosovo castle, the whole family visited this place.
Except for the central ramp, the view is not started, everything is destroyed:(((
The Pope tried to rule these parts four hundred years ago. A ton of gold has gone. All the buildings of the red barracks and twenty more houses in Bereza are built of Klyashtor brick. There are many underground passages for various purposes under the remains.. You can't dig, UNESCO forbids it. On a quiet summer night, putting your ear to the ground under an oak tree in the center of the courtyard, strange sounds are heard. Either the cosmos or the souls of the monks....
As always, there is not enough restoration, although a huge area is located in the city! This is still a story, it would not hurt to put everything in order, maybe tourists will start traveling more often
It was a very large and beautiful building. It can be seen from the ruins. The restoration of the arch began, and it did not go any further. The entrance to the territory is closed, there is a warning. Video surveillance is underway, judging by the sign. You can walk around. There is grass inside, in basements and ruins of towers, people go to the toilet (
An interesting and atmospheric place for lovers of ruins. Only the entrance gate has been restored, the rest is still in its original abandoned condition. A large area, many buildings. Admission is free
Instead of doing restoration, one of the remaining walls is used to border a warehouse of some kind of garbage. The monastery was larger than the Vatican, an ideal place to attract tourists. But in fact it will remain a brick warehouse with obscene inscriptions. If he stays...
An interesting place. Nothing special, of course. But. The sense of history is cool. Even the fact that the brick is crumbling - there is some kind of mystically awesome feeling in this.
There is not much left of the monastery, but there is something to see. The entrance gate has been restored. The towers are still standing and the library building with brick vaults. I recommend
Ruins. Only the entrance gate has been restored. Everything will fall apart soon. Local drunks are drinking beer on the territory. It is necessary to steal money, to do at least as in Ruzhany.
