1) The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, as in the photo
2) a fascinating view of the city
3) delicious coffee in the cafe at the hotel
4) friendly staff
5) close to the airport
-
1) unobvious access to the hotel, which spoils the first impression (you arrive at a building that looks like an unfinished building, you need to enter it from the sea and climb to the 37th floor - there will be a reception desk and the hotel itself. It would be great if a map explaining how to get there was given to the guests when booking)
2) the room lacks the basic things that we are used to seeing for such a price (cotton pads, chopsticks, toothpaste, kettle in the room)
3) it is not always possible to find staff at the reception, which became a very unpleasant moment for us (it would be great if guests were told at least the Wi-Fi password in advance, so that if they could not use the connection, they could somehow contact the staff)
Total: in general, the hotel feels young and developing, I hope that it will be possible to become the best
I came to the hotel twice. Last September and this year, April 23rd. The hotel itself is a modern building of 46 floors. 6 mirrored elevators. He lived in room 3210, on the 32nd floor. Panoramic windows with incredible views of the mountains, the park and the sea. It is located 100 meters from the edge of the sea. The owner Ilya has equipped a room for the most picky guests. Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, super kitchen corner with everything you need, luxury bed, lighting with remote control. There is a table with chairs on the loggia. Over a bottle of wine, you can sit, listen to the sound of the surf, admire the sea and the city. The room is new, clean and perfectly adapted for relaxation.
