It is a very beautiful, well-maintained, but also expensive place. All the possibilities for recreation with children and parents :)).
Ideal for swimming - a huge number of options - beach, piers, gangplanks, various sports, cottages, villas, rooms for every taste.
The water is great, but it would be necessary to clean the bottom of the stones at the entrance.
Shallow, but you can swim along the buoys.
I ate a little expensive, but there are opportunities to cook myself. You can go on excursions around.

Everything was fine. The territory is large, I was engaged in sports. There are playgrounds for tennis, football, bicycles, a sports complex with an indoor pool, a gym. A large beach with sun beds and sun loungers. Two piers with a convenient entrance. Four restaurants. The food is good quality. The rooms are large. Everything is there-bathrobes and slippers, bath accessories.

We were in early September. The weather was good. The beach on the lake is convenient. The territory itself is huge. There are roses everywhere, it's clean and there are signs all around. Just like in Europe. The restaurant pleased me. Live vocals. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Buffet, everything is fresh. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. It's a pity that we didn't get into the pool - we just didn't have enough time. I liked everything👍

A hotel with a huge, well-maintained, beautiful territory. Alley of roses, nice beach. We lived in a cottage, everything is thought out, there is a microwave oven, dishes, a large refrigerator. But, the service is ugly. Toilet paper was requested for 2 days. No one refuses, they smile, but the "cart" is in place. The towels were changed for the 3rd day. The bed linen was not changed. We lived for 4 days. They were cleaned once all the time. If you get the service back to normal, the hotel will be very good. It is a pity that so much effort and money invested in it is spoiled by unskilled management!

The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, lots of greenery, birches, pines, flowers. The cottages are generally comfortable, but the second bedroom with 2 separate beds in the apartment had very hard mattresses, very uncomfortable pillows. The service is also a little lame, after cleaning, something was constantly missing, often I had to call the reception to bring shower gel, shampoo or toilet paper. A big minus for the hotel is the uncomfortable old wooden sun beds on the beach. It was impossible to lie on them without soft bedding, which also did not exist. On the pier, the sun beds are generally nailed to the deck, so it is simply impossible to move them out of the shade into the sun. A pretty pleasant place to relax is set up near the pool, but the lady at the entrance herself, who gives out towels, is not very friendly, sometimes rude, especially to hotel guests who have free passage. The management of the hotel should pay special attention to sanitation in the main restaurant of the Four Seasons. We have repeatedly encountered poorly washed dishes, unwashed fruits and dirty dried apricots on the buffet table. As a result, the children got sick with rotavirus. The menu is also quite monotonous, especially at breakfast. It would be good to diversify it. It's getting hard to eat like this for more than a week. In general, the hotel with a huge stretch can be rated at 4 with a big minus. Stunning nature, peace and tranquility, location added advantages and pleasant memories.

A wonderful hotel with good service! The huge bright room is well equipped: a high-quality folding dryer, a large umbrella, a kettle, a set of good dishes (different types of glasses, cups, plates, vases and a set of cutlery), an ironing board and an iron!!!, a large wardrobe, a safe.
The large bathroom has everything, including toothbrushes.
The bed is big and comfortable, the pillows too. New good quality bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers.
Yes, there is no air conditioner. And he is not needed!!! Give yourself a maximum of a day to acclimatize and you will understand the beauty of this climate!
According to the service: instantly! they do everything you need. Without unnecessary fuss and importunity. For example, I don't need to make my bed, change it every day (let's start thinking about ecology) and spin "swans". If you don't piggyback, then the available schedule and approach to cleaning the room is quite enough.
There are little things about the condition of the room. There was no desire to cycle on them.
Beautiful well-maintained territory. It's covered in alleys of roses and trees. Proper layout of both the territory and the rooms and houses.
A wonderful breakfast. Here is a magnificent and varied one. The dishes change every morning.
Outside the territory, there are authentic cafes with local cuisine within walking distance, in addition to the good hotel restaurants with European cuisine.
I will not write about Issyk-Kul. We have to go.

These were my best two days in Kyrgyzstan! There's stunning nature all around, snow-capped mountains, and the giant Issyk-Kuul. It is clear that this is not the merit of the 4 seasons) But they deserve to be in this place.
Very comfortable, clean and cozy cottages. I don't know how it is in summer, but in January it was very snowy and cold outside, and being inside a warm house with floor-to-ceiling windows is a special thrill. The landscaping is also very pleasant.
I can't help but mention the restaurant too much. I've been to many places, but I don't remember such abundant breakfasts as here (I don't compare buffets in all-inclusive, namely with the breakfast included format). Instead of one dish at breakfast, we were treated to two different ones, and there was plenty of everything. The service itself is so attentive that we even felt uncomfortable))
I'll add tar, for the sake of objectivity. 4 seasons is not a budget place at all. But it's worth every catfish spent.
I recommend it!!!

A great place for a family holiday, three restaurants, a beautiful green area, houses both private and Curwen himself, they do not let outsiders out, there are many playgrounds, a sports ground, animators entertain children in the evenings. I will not evaluate nature, there is no merit in this. I rented an apartment from a private trader, lived with my family for 2 months. The complex itself is good, no doubt. Neither the sports complex nor the swimming pool worked in the spring. Only one restaurant was almost always empty. The store also opened only at the end of May. In general, Carven is an excellent option for the middle class and above, for those who prefer a budget option, it's better not to go here, you won't like it.
