We rested, but only for a day! I liked it! The building itself is very atmospheric, USSR))). The place is beautiful, quiet, beautiful all around. The location is good. The managers are friendly. On a budget.

Everything is patched up, killed, They take money and for what, for the squalid beds and terrible bed linen, with a smell, everything is crumpled, as if it had not been washed, there was a feeling that the linen was brought from other guests. The shower is not a shower, the sink, squalor, everything flows to the floor. Everything is in a deplorable state. The food was monotonous, they were fed with cheap sausages. Prices are changing before our eyes. They take advantage of the fact that there are no shops nearby and everything is busy. They take the money and then deny it, they had to pay twice.

I first visited the holiday home in 2008, to my deep regret, it remained at the same time, there was no development, since then nothing has changed in the rooms, although the linen is clean but old with holes, for a fee they are delicious at home.

We had a rest in September. Because of the heat outside, the rooms warmed up (3rd floor Windows overlook the dining room) - it was comfortable. It's usually cool.
Hot water in the room, shower, toilet. Comfortable beds.
Kitchen: kettle, gas stove, microwave.
The parking lot is illuminated.
Summer playground on demand, tables, barbecue, lighting.
Of the cons
The steps at the entrance near the reception doors merge with the floor.
The owner is missing.. to put the upper floors and the building in order, to restore heating in winter.

an old holiday home with the atmosphere of the USSR and interesting architecture. objectively, this house needs renovation and total renovation. the food is wonderful, 3 meals a day, the prices for accommodation are adequate. excursions from the owners are also good. compared to other places in Karkaralinsk, the holiday home is very good. the hosts are friendly and hospitable. I recommend it to non-fastidious people.
