Очень порадовал индивидуальный подход к клиентам. Занимаюсь ремонтом машины самостоятельно (менял подвеску), но самостоятельно не смог поменять пружины и ступичный подшипник. Принес в сборе стойки и поворотный кулак (так как машину разобрал). Вышла сама директор, спросила чем помочь, позвала мастера, и все сделали. Удивлению не было придела. Работу сделали качественно. Как бы там не было, не бросили и сделали работу (мелочную), за которую не все возьмутся.

Возила свою машину по рекомендации аж из Минска на ремонт. Все чётко, все в сроки. Все вопросы со страховой регулировали.
С покраской одного из бамперов что-то пошло не так, через некоторое время отслоилась краска на мойке. Все переделали сразу же и бесплатно.
Однозначно рекомендую Каскад, так как для меня это показатель, как сервис реагирует на брак (не пытаются мне доказать, что я не права, а молча переделываю)

Пригнал машину после ДТП на покраску ( задний бампер, заднее левое крыло и крышка багажника). Сделали подбор краски и качественно покрасили. По цене немного кусачие, но качество того стоит.
