It's a wonderful place. Lots of greenery, beautiful lawns, playgrounds. Shops are within walking distance. Near the metro station Molodezhnaya, buses, trolleybuses.

Excellent residential complex. Beautiful, well-maintained courtyards with flower beds, cool playgrounds. Belmarket store, medical centers, WB and Ozon pick-up points. Hairdressers and a pet store. Parking lots and car parks. Coffee shops and squares for relaxing and enjoying the moment. I love it, I live nearby and go for walks with my children.

It is compactly built up, close to the center, the metro is nearby. There are plenty of places for administrative and business premises in the district. Courtyards are closed by barriers from outsiders. There is a multi-level parking lot. There are enough cafes in the residential area - about ten for sure, everyone will find something to their liking. There are also plenty of grocery stores around and within walking distance. Near the Nemiga district - for walking, shopping! In a word, it is a wonderful place to live!
