Inna Yaroslavovna is a professional in her field, she told everything in detail and rechecked it, gave individual recommendations.
Accurate and modern equipment, a competent doctor's assistant (unfortunately I do not know the name).
I was looking for a clinic to check my eyesight on a certain day and by a lucky chance the record was here, a full examination was carried out (the results were very useful).
The clinic itself is very clean, with modern renovation, there are no long queues, there is Parking.

The parking is excellent, the center itself is really beautiful, but the first impression after the wardrobe (after putting on shoe covers, it was the impression that we came to the skating rink......). I constantly contact surgeons in different clinics, but for the first time I paid separately for the dressing at the surgeon's appointment!?

After spending 1 hour and 15 minutes in your clinic, upon arrival home, I made a new dressing, because the bandage did not hold on my finger (that is, your specialist's dressing was enough for 15 minutes of driving home in the car....).

Excellent clinic. New, everything is perfect. Its own parking lot is closed by a barrier - very convenient if you are traveling by car. If you don't have a car, the subway is two steps away.
I had an X-ray - a new machine, new lead aprons. The medical staff is very friendly and caring. They immediately give you a disk with pictures (you don't need to bring your own) and a transcript. I recommend it!

I really want to thank the medical staff of the clinic for their professionalism and caring: neurologist Litvinenko L.A., therapist Grazhul T.N. and nurses of the treatment room Marina and Natalia!!! My brother came to see a neurologist for another complaint in general, but they found very high blood pressure. And an ECG was urgently done, and help was provided, and the condition was constantly monitored, they almost held my hand. Unfortunately, I had to call an ambulance, but even here everything was checked and where they would take me, they gave me all the recommendations. He was booked for a colonoscopy under anesthesia .. I arrived at the wheel of my car an hour before the appointed time.. I spent 20 minutes searching for a car to park, I didn't find it anywhere.. Freaked out, dialed the medical center.. It turns out they have a huge parking lot, they explained to me on the phone how to get there and as soon as I passed the barrier, I immediately received an SMS about how to get to their parking lot.. I'm from another city.. I came for the procedure, and the anesthesiologist tells me that I will not be able to drive for a day and the call center should have warned me about this when I signed up... My nerves gave out.. Thanks to the doctor and the personal, they offered to do it without anesthesia, otherwise I was about to leave... Many thanks to the doctor, nurses, and anesthesiologist..They are professionals in their field, everything went well and painlessly.. Everything was then told and explained in normal language and not in medical terms.. But I will remember this Call Center and its employee for a long time, it's just probably not her job.. Normal people will warn you and tell you.. And then somehow I don't give a shit about a person, let him look for parking and find out all the details immediately before the procedure..The channel has 5 stars, but one for their dispatcher.. I never thought that I would write a negative review towards a doctor, but today's situation surprised me very much.…
I made an appointment with a gynecologist, doctor Popova Olga Vladimirovna. It was exciting before the appointment, just because I am a person who worries about going to any doctor, but realizing that this is a paid clinic and everyone is friendly to you, I calmed myself down!
Next came the standard questions from the gynecologist:
The cycle, the method of protection, etc., I hesitated and answered very briefly, to which the doctor said, "ARE YOU INFERTILE? WHY SHOULD I GET ANSWERS OUT OF YOU?"
This put me in a stupor and I immediately closed myself off, thinking that I was some kind of klutz! When I left the doctor's office, I realized that this was not an adequate attitude in a paid clinic and I want to convey this 🙏
Otherwise, the inspection was carried out carefully and the recommendations are quite detailed! But how can I come out with a positive mood when they talked to me like that before?

There was a very unpleasant experience from visiting a phlebologist Pavlova A. G. Came to the appointment in a state of stress because of her problem. The doctor communicated rudely, listened with a mocking grin and made not very appropriate jokes. There was an appointment for ultrasound of the veins of the lower extremities with Dopplerography + consultation (there was swelling after traveling and severe stabbing pain in the legs because of which I could barely walk). The doctor did not want to do an ultrasound for me at first, saying that I was winding myself up and he knows everything perfectly well without an ultrasound. I had to insist that I get an ultrasound (which I originally came for), and then insist on Dopplerography again. The whole process of examination and ultrasound was accompanied by rude jokes and bullying from the doctor. I really do not recommend this doctor if you expect respectful attitude and sensitive attention to your problem.

I visited a surgeon. They removed the boil and gave recommendations. I came to pay - no one said how much bel.rub and for what, the doctor did not warn in advance how much the procedure with removal would cost. As a result, I only found out the total amount at the reception when I was politely handed a post-terminal (for card payment). The medical center is new, clean, beautiful, near direct access to the street and the cafe "Tevye". It was very pleasant to be in such conditions, but you need to warn in advance (verbally) about the prices for the procedure provided! Another "+" is the opportunity to make an appointment online with any doctor for the necessary date and time (I needed it urgently, the record was very helpful!).
PS. I checked the prices on the site in advance, but at the time of recording I did not know what kind of procedure I would be given according to my indications.

I want to share my impressions about my visit to the Cascade Clinic yesterday, I was at an appointment with a phlebologist, Pavlov Alexander Gennadievich.
This is my first time in this clinic, I will start from the very beginning) already on the approach to the clinic, I noted that the clinic is located in a modern new building, later I learned that the building was specially built as a medical facility, which is not often found.
I was greeted inside by very friendly reception staff, it took a couple of minutes to fill out and sign the necessary documents, after which I was kindly escorted to the office, where the doctor was already waiting.
Inside the clinic it is very cozy, calm, beautiful design and color scheme, everything is on top. By the way, I always pay attention in such establishments and catering facilities to the condition of the bathrooms, I was very pleasantly impressed with the perfect cleanliness and equipment.
The reason for contacting the clinic was my desire to solve a long-standing problem - to get rid of a noticeable vascular mesh on the wings of the nose.
Since I attach great importance to the quality and condition of my skin, my skin problem caused me a feeling of discomfort.
I had to actively use a couchon or foundation for disguise, although I am not a supporter of decorative cosmetics.
Alexander Gennadievich suggested using a modern laser removal method, which gives the result immediately after the procedure.
Of course, I was scared right away, I was afraid of pain and unpleasant sensations, as I read a lot about laser procedures on the Internet.
But I didn't have time to get too scared)
Thanks to the professionalism of Alexander Gennadievich, the procedure went very quickly and comfortably, the doctor told me about all the actions and possible sensations in advance, and the sensations during the procedure cannot be called pain - a slight tingling, like a mosquito bite.
After the procedure, I was given recommendations on how to care for the affected area, the doctor warned me about possible redness for several days.
I write a review the day after the procedure, there is almost no redness, but there is a very joyful feeling that I am beautiful and ready to meet spring :) Many thanks to Alexander Gennadievich and all the staff of the Cascade Clinic! And I recommend this Clinic to everyone.
