Well, two. I looked into a special slot machine, he recognized me and asked if I wanted to reissue the card. And that's it, I started typing right away. Then all that remains is to assign a pin in the application and voila - a reissued card in your hands.
What is missing: more currencies, international transfers. This is a bank to spend money on living, to buy everyday things for yourself, this is done at the highest level. The assortment is much smaller than in Ozone, but this is not so important.

Классный банк. Открывала там карту. Очень приятная и грамотная специалист банка. Все очень понятно, лаконично объяснила, помогла сориентироваться. Открытие карты заняло 5 минут!!!! Очень была удивлена таким сервисом обслуживания.

Счет в Каспий должен иметь каждый турист в Казахстане. С картой или QR ты везде человек и можешь легко расплатиться, даже на самом верху Шимбулака! Оформление -10 минут, но нужно перед этим оформить ИНН, но это тоже 10 минут в сеньорен-конвент обслуживания.

Хорошее обслуживание, время ожидания немного выше чем в других отделениях, всё объяснимо всегда народ, видимо из-за локации. Персонал приветливый и всегда готовы оказать помощь.
