the bank is number 1 in the KZ because it is a monopolist. it is really convenient to use and transfer money, but there are very few banks where you can transfer without commission (I have three more cards: zhusan, halyk, forte) and anywhere the transfer will be with a commission, with large amounts of course it is inconvenient, since it is easier to reach and withdraw cash to throw on the right card.
but what I really appreciate in banks is security and support service, so this is the worst part of it for Kaspi. 5.10.2023 without my knowledge, a purchase was made on my card in a foreign store in a currency, it was done without my knowledge and an impressive amount (100k tenge) was debited, I immediately contacted support about solving this issue, but I still haven't received any normal answer! the first time I encounter such a situation in 1 and I feel completely lost, because standard unsubscriptions were used in the chat about how and where my funds could have gone, in 2 with such a disregard for their customers who pay annual maintenance (for what?!). I wanted to get a hotline phone, but chat support is not even designed for this, they didn't give me a number, but I found it. on the call, a bank employee began to calm me down and give me an example of other banks and foreign ones, supposedly they solve issues everywhere, but NOT EVERYWHERE. I don't want to cite anyone as an example, but there is support that you, Kaspi, need to learn from.
the funny thing is that the deadline for my appeal was extended until October 18. instead of promptness and a quick solution to the situation, I received in Kaspi only nerves, a swear word and standard unsubscriptions in text format and verbally.
I do not recommend Caspi on a permanent basis, use it as a means of laying and do not store money there, since apparently every counter cross can write off funds from your card and the bank will not sort out and solve the issue.
Probably I will be the first in the negative review of this institution. After waiting in line for about an hour for a currency exchanger, I found out that the bank evaluates people by appearance. I had $50 in change and the cashier apparently didn't like it, and she refused to change it for tenge
