The return of goods is being delayed on purpose. It is not worth buying goods there for more than 15 thousand tenge, only cheap things. I read a lot of complaints.

In the building at the entrance there is an ATM working 24/7. A little further there is a postomat and a terminal that makes a card in a minute. Polite staff.
