A great hotel with a convenient location near the bus station. Cozy rooms, quite spacious. The staff is polite and friendly. We managed to agree on all the nuances. Breakfasts were included in the price, there are several to choose from, which is nice.

Great hotel. Clean, modern, quiet. The staff is correct and good-natured. I was particularly pleased that the business lunch of the first, second, salad and tea cost only 1,500 tenge. And for the second, there was perfectly cooked, very tasty mutton.

If our hotel where we stay all the time was open, we would be there. I had to improvise, looked at a couple of hotels, saw the high rating of this hotel, and stayed here. It looks really solid, but all this before you go into the room and look around. The first impression of the room from the doorstep, class, probably everything is exactly in order here. They took off their shoes, yes there are slippers, that's good, yes there are items for body hygiene, yes there are bathrobes, but this is all how it should be in a hotel of this level. We all carry our own, so there was no wow effect, but we noted that it was good. We went into the bathroom and then I realized that the money had already been paid and the night was outside, but I wanted to sleep and take a shower. I am not a squeamish person, but when I see that all the plumbing has gone fungus and rust, when the neighbors from the rooms go somewhere to smoke or maybe they smoked in the room and all this is in our room. I'm sorry, neither slippers will save you, nor a bathrobe. The towel was my own, but I noticed what the hotel offered, all washed and stained, this is unacceptable, because no one in their right mind would use such a thing. The whole picture that my husband and I had originally formed just collapsed. Somehow we took this shower, but it was very unpleasant that it would seem in such a clean hotel, with such a rating and repair is not the cheapest, such plumbing in the bathroom. 1 star just for having its own parking, the room was clean everywhere, thanks a lot to the people who do the cleaning🙏🏻Where such rave reviews came from, we never understood. I hope that our review will be published and you will be able to look at the photos that I took and make sure that the review is real)

The hotel is new, the corridors and lobby are very beautiful, the rooms are also decent enough, the beds are gorgeous, but there are several unpleasant disadvantages - it's the unfriendly staff - neither hello nor goodbye, and despite the fact that breakfast is not cheap, this is the worst breakfast we have seen in hotels - served as in the Soviet dining room-there is a greasy oilcloth on the table, no buffet, the distribution is portioned and everything is very tasteless, they did not even eat it. I recommend the hotel for staying in general, but you don't have to spend money on breakfast

I decided to stay for one night, I was passing through - I had to spend the night somewhere and I chose this hotel, and I was not mistaken, everything is very clean, comfortable, there are disposable shampoos, soaps, gels, slippers, everything is as it should be, very nice people, I know for sure that if I am passing through Uralsk, then I will definitely I'll check in again, in total 5 out of 5 for everything, and the price is completely satisfied for a 2-bed room, I recommend it!

During the May holidays, we decided with friends to take a short trip by car to Kazakhstan, to the city of Uralsk, which is only 260 km from Samara. By the way, an excellent option for a mini-trip "abroad" ...:) We were looking for a newer hotel, and eventually we stopped at Kaspi, since it opened not so long ago. As a result, we were not mistaken, although, frankly, it is a little far from the center. Fortunately, we were in the car and this leveled the problem. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The rooms are large in size, even too big. All necessary amenities are available, including an electric kettle and a set of tea-coffee-sugar. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, there is gel and shampoo. The hotel has a restaurant, its own parking lot at Kaspi, right in the courtyard. The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away. In general, everything is pretty decent, but there are also disadvantages. Wi-Fi is weak and definitely not suitable for work, TV needs to be tuned for a long time (I eventually gave up on it), there is no elevator, while there are 4 floors and a steep staircase. As for the location on the edge of the city, I have already said above…

Everything in the rooms is thought out to the smallest detail: comfortable furniture, high-quality bed linen and modern appliances. The rooms are also very clean and cozy - it was very comfortable for me to be here. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied - I enjoyed various dishes and drinks every day. In addition, it is very convenient that the restaurant is located in the same building - it was easy and quick to have a snack or dinner. I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant had few customers, but that didn't stop it from offering quality food. I tried several dishes and they were all very tasty and cooked with great skill. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel - the reality has exceeded my expectations.

Well, there won't be an enthusiastic review. The rooms are clean, but in the bathroom all the taps are terribly dirty, the smell is in the toilet. Towels apparently do not wash off, with greedy stains…By design, this may be the most normal thing to find in this city, but the level is so-so. We were allowed to come with a dog, the dog is cleaner and more well-mannered than their rooms and staff....Payment with Russian cards is not accepted from the word at all, the world card too! Only Kazakh, in the HOTEL!) I had to ride around the banks for three hours. And now the most interesting thing in the morning, the girl changed and kicked us out of the hotel onto the street "we can't have dogs with us." Absolutely not customer-oriented staff. A pure province, the level is exactly like that. And yes, and there are 6 huge stray dogs running around the streets near the hotel... I'm not sure it's safe, especially if you came to check in at night.

We stopped at the Victoria Hotel, there are no seats there, but the administrator kindly booked us the Caspian. It's perfect for us. Your own restaurant with a kuardak. It's not far to the Ural River to take a walk to Asia. Parking in the yard. The price is adequate, they took rubles.
