The most advanced bank in Kazakhstan and beyond. The service and capabilities are excellent. There are many ATMs and branches themselves. The app is great.

There was a queue at the ATM. There were queues at each ticket office. There were queues at each bank employee's desk. There were no staff near the ATMs. The attitude towards customers is polite and detached. I was glad that Kasri Bank works on Saturdays
