A good department, how many times have I been there, everything is fast and without unnecessary problems. Employees are smiling, not like in some other banks \ branches
It's all good. But there is always a long queue in this department, despite the efforts of the staff. Maybe it makes sense to look for a more spacious room for this densely populated area and add maintenance staff?
