This is my favorite bank, there are a lot of terminals, the service is good, the managers explain everything, show you how and what, if something is unclear, there are no such queues, everything is fast and clear. Thanks kaspi👍

It's all good. We changed the bank card at the terminal, it took a couple of minutes. There is a consultant at each terminal, they will tell you everything, explain everything. I liked the process of replacing the card, it is very convenient. No questions for this branch.
