I recently visited Kaspi Bank and I want to share my impressions. The first thing that catches your eye is the modern and cozy interior of the department. Everything is organized as conveniently as possible for customers: there are waiting areas with comfortable chairs, information stands and self-service terminals.
I would especially like to mention the professionalism of the staff. Consultants really know their business and can explain even the most difficult moments in an accessible way. I was helped to arrange several banking products, and everything was done quickly and accurately, without unnecessary bureaucracy.
We were particularly pleased with the availability of an electronic queue system – no long waits. All operations are performed promptly, and employees are always ready to help with any questions. It is clear that the bank really cares about its customers and creates the most comfortable conditions for service.

It is difficult to call this small institution a bank, rather, a representative office of a bank. But a very convenient office! No need to go to the bank: there are several terminals operating 24/7 and two managers who will competently advise on any issue. Excellent service, as everywhere in Kaspi-bank!Nice to customers: you are served "on the go" without wasting time. And the location of the point in a crowded place shows the thoughtfulness of its purpose. I came to exchange dollars, but I didn't take my passport with me. Due to the fact that there was no border crossing (a stamp in the passport is enough), the exchange was refused. Keep in mind 🙌
