Everything is fine and transparent in the bank! But the conditions are inconvenient for Russians - linking cards to a local SIM card is only suitable if you stay or often visit Kazakhstan!

This is the old Kaspi Head Office. There is still an office there, but not the main one. On the 1st floor there is a compartment for individuals with a separate porch just to the right of the main one. There are 24-hour ATMs there
There is no parking. There are only two managers and huge queues. And so for the third year in a row, nothing has changed. At least half a day should be spent on solving any issue. The bank needs to review the number of employees in the branch.
