You enter the establishment, but no one greets you and you wander around the hall to find a place, especially in a jacket when other guests are eating.
I sat down at the table and was given a menu. They did not come up to take the order for about 15 minutes, although they showed with all their appearance that they were ready. I had to call the cashier, oh my God, the cashier, because there seemed to be no waiters.
Dear owners of Kausar, pay attention, as the project is really cool, but the service is at a low level, if there is one, of course. You pay 12% for the service, but you don't even see this service (it is forbidden by law to include % for the service)
The kitchen is the only thing that keeps this place going. It's very tasty, and I haven't eaten such juicy kebabs for a long time.
