The hotel is nice, clean, delicious, the area is gentrified. The managers are very courteous and polite. But I didn't like the room service and the bar, the service is off the hook and if you don't look European, you feel neglected. I'm crossing off the list of places where I would like to stay again

A good hotel for those who like to soak up the thermal pool in the off-season. There is an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool. There is also an outdoor pool with regular water, but it was a little cold. You can walk on the mountain next to the hotel. I liked the breakfasts. The only drawbacks are the remote location from public transport. You can't get there on foot, only by taxi.

We were here for 1 day in total. The location is a little further from the center. The room was booked for 3 people. They just added a cot to the small room (I didn't like this moment). A taxi is nearby, it's not expensive to get to the center.

Further, in an almost empty hotel, they did not want to add a person to the accommodation for free, although I showed at the booking that the price tag is the same for two people.
