A pleasant hotel. Russian-speaking staff. The room is small. But cozy. There is a gas battery in the room. We stopped by at night. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the snow-white soft bed linen and towels. From what can be attributed to mmnuses - a small cool bathroom with a shower. There is no kettle in the room. But- you can go up to the 7th floor at any time, to the dining room, where you can always drink tea. The hotel is in the very center. There are many cafes and grocery stores around. There are many attractions within walking distance, we walked. Among the features - there are many shoe boutiques in this area, etc. Therefore, it is somewhat littered if you go to these neighborhoods.
We stayed at this hotel from September 29th to October 3rd, 2022. We were accommodated much earlier than the check-in time and provided with a free breakfast. The breakfasts are fresh, delicious and varied on the magnificent terrace with a wonderful view on the 7th floor! The staff is polite and friendly. Special thanks to Johnny and Alina at the reception: any questions were resolved promptly, we received a lot of valuable information! The hotel is conveniently located near the main sights of Istanbul, there are many shops nearby for shopping, the Marmara Sea is just a stone's throw away. A small wish is to improve the operation of Wi-Fi in the rooms. Thank you very much!
Very cozy and clean, budget hotel. The rooms are different, but small and cozy. I really liked the veranda on the 7th floor. Hotel employee ALI prepares excellent breakfasts. Very sociable. Helps all the guests with their problems.
There was a very negative aftertaste even without staying at this hotel. The fact is that the PEGASUS airline canceled our flight on the last day before departure. And free cancellation of the hotel was possible a day in advance. But the hotel, ignoring our appeals, charged us for "accommodation" for all 3 days. And it turns out that we also paid for the breakfasts that we didn't eat. If they had the opportunity to cancel the reservation free of charge for a day, then in this case they could have rented accommodation for us only for the first day, and not in full. Unpleasant. Sorry.
It's a terrible place. They were put in the wrong room on the first night, of a lower class (the window did not close, there were no curtains). And after I left, they informed the booking that I had not come and demanded payment of a fine (the entire amount of accommodation).There is no response to the request to provide a receipt.
Tip - always take a receipt when you pay in cash. Don't repeat my mistakes.
The air conditioner is leaking, noise insulation is zero, the shower is pouring out, there are no napkins, bed linen is stained and hair, there is no safe, as well as no place in the room itself, Wi-Fi is kept on a kind word.
One of the advantages is the nice staff at the reception, who is always ready to help with a taxi / restaurant, etc.
