The cleaning and food were good, but the indoor pools for children had a lower temperature than they should have, and it was not possible for children to enter. We even had to take the children to the pool at a different hotel. In addition, although there was a massage gift during our stay, they did not give it because we received it from the agency, but they did not specify such a thing when booking.

We would like to thank the facility staff very much for providing complete satisfaction in our family of six.We were very satisfied with the service we received during our winter vacation in February in general.Cleaning,meals,Persian interest in working, etc. were at the maximum level.Of course, there may be minor setbacks,and we tolerated him.Hopefully we will go again next year.

we stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. Everything was fine. Rooms are being cleaned nervously. The food was good. Only the hot products for breakfast in the morning were not of the general quality of the hotel.
