Don't order flowers! Stale! I ordered a bouquet from another city to my mother for DR and as a result they brought a bouquet for 40,000 with unknown flowers! As a result, the bouquet withered the next day!!! At least apologize... the seller rudely replied, did not apologize.

She said that it was all my fault, not them, and according to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, they will not do anything.
Oh, it's a pity, I used to always order flowers for my grandmothers, mom, relatives. Instead of just admitting guilt and just apologizing, they made us look wrong. That hurt the most! No ethics!
