A dish with spicy pear and chicken fillet.... Just about nothing. Fillet 1 cm per huge pear. The sauce is tasteless. The pancakes are raw, cold, sour cream turned out to be normal, thanks for that. When ordering the refrigerator, it turned out that this is a seasonal dish and it is not on the menu. Why not celebrate it? The usual red borscht turned out to be mediocre.

We joined a live queue at the table. after waiting for about 7 minutes, the table was vacated, we were invited to sit down. no one brought the menu. the waiter came to us and was surprised, "Oh, don't you have a menu?" she said. we ordered a salad with veal, chicken with a pear, pancakes with chanterelles and two portions of croutons with beer. The wait was very long. for 30 minutes they carried only croutons. and what was our surprise when some croutons came hot with melted cheese, and the second ones were cold and the cheese was just lying on the bottom. the waitress said that "the cheese didn't melt for some reason." apparently there is no microwave in the kitchen. after another half hour (a total of an hour of waiting), the draniki salad and chicken were brought. the chicken is dry, tasteless, not salty and at the same time the taste of cinnamon is knocked out, which does not go well with such a chicken at all. the pear is tasteless (the pear can be soaked in wine, caramelized!), the sauce was also tasteless. And BINGO! There are no hostesses at the entrance, and the waiters do not pay attention to new guests: no smile, no greeting. We searched for the table ourselves, waited for the menu for 10 minutes and eventually had to ask the waiter for it. After 20 minutes of waiting, no one came up to us to take the order. Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate the kitchen.
It is very significant how a failure in one of the links in the chain, in this case the service, spoils the image of an unusual restaurant. Disappointment.
I would like to leave a negative review about this institution. We chose a place for lunch, guided by the rating. This cafe is located on the main street of the city and proudly bears the name "Belarusian cuisine". The place is nice and clean inside. We ordered 2 servings of chicken-mushroom pancakes, tender beef tongue and a portion of dumplings. Unfortunately, the pancakes turned out to be sour. In one serving of pancakes, 2 were normal , the third was sour.

The situation could have been immediately resolved positively, but the negative began to intensify due to an incompetent managerial decision to make a discount on the dish, allegedly they could not remove the dish from the receipt. The tongue turned out to be not tender at all, but rubbery and dry. I would like to say, eat such a dish yourself, and train the staff to find ways out of such situations with customers. Even while on the red line, do not forget to work on the service. As a result, they insisted that one portion of the pancakes be excluded from the receipt. Let this review serve as a reason to improve the service.
