The disappointment of the day..... we went there in anticipation of a grand meal, but it turned out to be trash .....
Cons:
The waiters are zombified. For each question asked in their direction, the answer turns out to be "I'll check with the administrator now." An institution with such prices should teach its waiters the knowledge of the menu and all the nuances. The service must correspond to the level of the institution.
And now about the food.... Nightmare. The establishment positions itself as a Belarusian cuisine. When ordering, it turned out that half of the REAL Belarusian dishes are not available..... A dish with spicy pear and chicken fillet.... Just about nothing. Fillet 1 cm per huge pear. The sauce is tasteless. The pancakes are raw, cold, sour cream turned out to be normal, thanks for that. When ordering the refrigerator, it turned out that this is a seasonal dish and it is not on the menu. Why not celebrate it? The usual red borscht turned out to be mediocre.
Tea is just a shock....... Tasteless at first, and then with the taste of mowed grass. Have a drink of this yourself💋💋💋
Well, the prices.... Just drop it, step away from the star and change the prices.
At first they wanted to put us at an ordinary table with chairs, because there were two of us, even though all the sofas around were free.No question where we would prefer to sit. They stuck it in and that's it. But we couldn 't stand it and moved to the sofas .
The interior is normal, even cool, but the fact that everything is made of leather is a little scary. We live in the 21st century and such a knifing attitude is surprising.
In short, the horror, the institution is not worth it

It looks decent, Belarusian cuisine. Everything should be fine. But.

Although, the hall was almost empty. The bartender and his girlfriend chatted sweetly, everyone was doing their own business, but NOT the GUESTS!!!

The waiters are young and polite, the service is 5*. We thank the boss and all the staff for a pleasant time! We know where we will definitely return to!! The place is nice, the atmosphere is cool, but the service and quality of the cuisine are not even up to three, the waiters do not know the stop list, it is written on the restaurant doors and on the menu that Belarusian cuisine, but unfortunately there is no national cuisine, the chefs could not cook pancakes with sour cream (honestly I do not understand how this is possible) as a result, you have to eat nuggets, French fries and sausages.
And when you make an order, you have to wait for it for about an hour, the child has to cook mashed potatoes with a cutlet for an hour, well, I'm sorry, I think this is not acceptable, a slice of fried potatoes was found in the croutons, and a very strange attitude of the staff "we have a lot of checks", judge for yourself, but I would not recommend this institution, but about I am generally silent, taking into account such prices, I would like better service and better dishes.

we came on Friday evening, everyone on the Internet recommended this restaurant. and the reviews were very attractive. upon arrival at the institution, no one meets, perhaps this is a part-time quest room, where the first task is to find a hostess. the boarding was almost complete, some of the tables were reserved. the girls who were looking for a table in front of us were turned around, saying that "there are no places", but we were lucky. They offered to wait at the bar, where all the seats were occupied. We joined a live queue at the table. after waiting for about 7 minutes, the table was vacated, we were invited to sit down. no one brought the menu. the waiter came to us and was surprised, "Oh, don't you have a menu?" she said. we ordered a salad with veal, chicken with a pear, pancakes with chanterelles and two portions of croutons with beer. The wait was very long. for 30 minutes they carried only croutons. and what was our surprise when some croutons came hot with melted cheese, and the second ones were cold and the cheese was just lying on the bottom. the waitress said that "the cheese didn't melt for some reason." apparently there is no microwave in the kitchen. after another half hour (a total of an hour of waiting), the draniki salad and chicken were brought. the chicken is dry, tasteless, not salty and at the same time the taste of cinnamon is knocked out, which does not go well with such a chicken at all. the pear is tasteless (the pear can be soaked in wine, caramelized!), the sauce was also tasteless. And BINGO! Everything is cold))) I don't understand how a restaurant of this level prepares such tasteless food. salad and pancakes, by the way, turned out to be just as bland, to taste 5/10, very mediocre.
as a result: it's better to look for an ordinary pub where you will be well and kindly treated, and the food will be simple but delicious.

Everything in the establishment went wrong from the very beginning: no one met at the entrance, they waited a long time for the waiter to make an order. As a result, we waited about 50 minutes for food (although the landing was minimal) and the dishes turned out to be not tasty. The draniki were raw inside and burnt at the edges, the beer tasted like the faucet from where it was poured was rusty.
No one saw them off when they left the place.
I added a star for the interior, otherwise I do not recommend the place.

2. We decided to go for luck - there is no one at the entrance. We went up to the second floor, and no one met us either. We walked a little further than the bar and only then the bartender noticed us. I asked if the table was reserved or not? They said no. He asked how many of us there would be? They said there were 4 people. The BARTENDER's answer (literally) is there are no places. That's all. Although the place was half empty, it was possible to plant it with a time limit. But the young man did not bother to clarify the moment with the manager or the hostess, I do not know who controls the flow of guests there, whether there is an opportunity to accommodate even for a short time.
The worst thing about the service is when you leave the guest/customer/customer alone with their problem, without even trying to help solve it in any way. Then why go into this field?

I would like to note that the advertising of the institution is excellent. SMM is at the level. The designers also tried their best. KAZA is a very colorful place. The entrance group is stylish and attracts the attention of tourists. There are many interior details inside that are interesting to consider. This is where the advantages, for me personally, end.
There are no hostesses at the entrance, and the waiters do not pay attention to new guests: no smile, no greeting. We searched for the table ourselves, waited for the menu for 10 minutes and eventually had to ask the waiter for it. After 20 minutes of waiting, no one came up to us to take the order. Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate the kitchen.
It is very significant how a failure in one of the links in the chain, in this case the service, spoils the image of an unusual restaurant. Disappointment.

I would like to leave a negative review about this institution. We chose a place for lunch, guided by the rating. This cafe is located on the main street of the city and proudly bears the name "Belarusian cuisine". The place is nice and clean inside. We ordered 2 servings of chicken-mushroom pancakes, tender beef tongue and a portion of dumplings. Unfortunately, the pancakes turned out to be sour. In one serving of pancakes, 2 were normal , the third was sour.
In another portion of the pancakes, all 3 were sour. They did not eat them. The administrator took the dish to the kitchen and returned with the answer that they were really sour for someone, normal for someone. The situation could have been immediately resolved positively, but the negative began to intensify due to an incompetent managerial decision to make a discount on the dish, allegedly they could not remove the dish from the receipt. The tongue turned out to be not tender at all, but rubbery and dry. I would like to say, eat such a dish yourself, and train the staff to find ways out of such situations with customers. Even while on the red line, do not forget to work on the service. As a result, they insisted that one portion of the pancakes be excluded from the receipt. Let this review serve as a reason to improve the service.

It was 18.08 . at 11 a.m. The figure of a goat at the entrance attracted attention, we decided to visit and have breakfast.The hall is almost empty (it is not unimportant further).Stylized figures and images of goats in the hall, cleanliness, neat staff are extremely pleasing to the eye.
The waiter came right up and took the order. Then everything became sadder:
1.)It turned out that the stove was broken, but we found out about it 40 minutes later, when we grabbed the waitress with difficulty and asked her how it was possible to fry cheesecakes for breakfast for so long and make poached eggs.??
2.) There were drinks in the order. 2 cappuccino, 250ml red and 250ml white wine (double portions, sold for 125ml). We came to the restaurant for a minute! The waiter did not ask when we wanted drinks, they brought everything at once, and since there were no necessary glasses in the establishment, the wine was brought in 4 glasses of 125ml(!)
3.)There were very few napkins on the table, the waiter did not follow, I had to ask. I brought it separately, putting a napkin holder (although in theory I should have taken the empty one and brought the full one, we're still in the restaurant, damn it)
4.) Dirty dishes were not cleaned on time, (if they messed up with the serving, without smoothing out the spoiled impression in any way, at least they would have done everything right for the rest of the time)
But despite the shoals of service, the food was beautifully decorated, everything was very tasty, the cook should be kissed on both cheeks for this.

"How to eat 2 cold solyanka for 100 rubles."
Because the rest was inedible. A friend got a pathetic resemblance to draniki, dry, grated on a regular grater, burnt at the edges, and so bitter. I decided to take a more difficult path by ordering a Stewed pork ham in dark beer with bulgur and vegetables with cranberry-hot sauce, what do I get: dry not salty bulgur, one piece not salted, boiled!!! dry meat, which I did not even see when cooking, sour and not a gram of hot sauce, was enough for food, they asked for the bill and left this dubious place.
When leaving, I decided to go to the toilet and was surprised!!! Nails are sticking out of the wall with the sharp side!!! It's scary to think what might happen if a guest walks in under a degree and bumps into him.
