I came to arrange the parcel. first, one made out, then all the young boys handed over to the other... they ask each other how to make out. they handed over the payment to the cashier. I asked for the documents to be written out. The cashier, an older girl than the designers, said I couldn't, they say it was necessary to immediately apply for a legal entity... although I was not asked about it at the time of registration. It gets worse. they gave a receipt, in it, as it turned out later, the phone data is not Atyrau, where the parcel was sent, but Aktau, although Atyrau is written. the shipping date is January, although I sent it on February 15th. But, as it turned out, they did not send in the evening, they referred to the allegedly canceled flight, although I know for sure that the flight left (I tracked it on the online scoreboard). It turned out that they actually sent it to another company, and that company is resting and I will not be able to receive the parcel until Monday, despite the fact that I sent it on Friday. The question is: WHY DO YOU NEED SUCH A SERVICE AT ALL?! AND EVEN IN ASTANA!!!
