I want to leave a review on the passage of cycloscopy. The initials of the doctor who conducted the examination are SHAD. During the examination, she commented on all her actions, thus it was comfortable. But after the examination, the diagnosis was made - retinal tears in both eyes. This would not have made me doubt the diagnosis if after that, almost in unison, she and the nurse did not start saying "let's do laser coagulation of the eye right now, it costs 40,000 tenge, while your pupil is dilated, we will do it right now, come come, or you want on Saturday, we also work on Saturday." This created a lot of pressure and I doubted the diagnosis because I did not notice any symptoms. A day later, I visited two other clinics and had a cycloscopy to confirm the diagnosis, both of these clinics did not see a retinal rupture, small areas of dystrophy were detected, but they were not of the huge size that the doctor of the School of Medicine found in me under the guise of ruptures. Both doctors said that some ophthalmologists unscrupulously make such a diagnosis in order to earn money on laser coagulation of the retina, which does not harm the patient, but shakes the money. In front of me, a cycloscopy was performed on my grandmother, they also found tears in her and also attacked her, offering to do laser coagulation right now. I do not recommend this doctor. I can't say anything about the others. Then I called the call center and they told me that the doctor of the School of Medicine does not do laser coagulation. I checked on the website and indeed she did not specify what she was doing, but offered me. I feel cheated, I spent my nerves and money, it's good that I didn't agree to do laser surgery right away in a panic…

I've been home for a week now. I'm trying to write a review or comment, but tears are running like a stream, my thoughts are confused.
You bet! No matter how you cry, you can't cry though. I was brought to the Research Institute completely blind, but I left sighted.
I didn't see the face of the surgeon and the CEO, who were sitting across from me and thinking what to do with me, there were no guarantees and no chances. They couldn't guarantee that their eyesight would recover by even half a percent.
And suddenly I felt with my whole body some kind of warmth coming from them, their compassion for me and a great desire to help me. But at the same time, I felt that they were afraid that it would not work out. I had nothing to lose and I asked them not to give up the operation. I even felt guilty about them. I began to pray to God to help them, to bless the surgeon's hands and help him, so that everything would go well, so that they would not be upset and disappointed, but were satisfied with their work and rejoiced.
And thank God, everything went well. It seemed to me that all the employees were worried about me and rejoiced with me.
I don't know who, what unknown force sent me here, who turned the surgeons in my direction.
I don't know what I've done to deserve God's mercy, but what I see, I see perfectly well and now I'm writing is a fact. I do not know how to thank me for these wonderful, responsive, miracle-working people, cool specialists, professionals with a kind heart, a pure soul, ready to selflessly come to the aid of anyone.

At the reception in the head office, they do not know all the information, they have to go to the office and find out for themselves. When undergoing the procedure of laser fixation of the retina in the department at Muratbayev, they refused to take money at the cash desk, they said - give it to the doctor. I took my underage nephew for surgery. She didn't bring the check to my sister because the doctor didn't give it to her. My sister wasn't happy about it.
