She said that there are 3 operators working, 1 on sick leave. That's all. And the operators sent 1 person, sat and rested for 10 minutes. In my opinion, it's time for the leadership to change something in working with the population. If you are a monopolist, then you don't care about everyone. I think they probably don't read our reviews.
