On August 14 , at 11.15 a.m., a consultant sat at the reception desk , who could not tell how to pay for a home phone in six months to an elderly grandmother .I kept her in the general queue for exactly 40 minutes , where there was also a disabled person on crutches , while they did not even offer to sit down . I want to ask you a question!!! Your clients are your parents , friends and relatives. Those who trust the state. IT'S A SHAME!!! Please figure it out!
