A very rude manager at the reception. A young guy. A brute. The queue is moving very slowly. The guard walks around like a king, looking at everyone, as if looking for someone to make a remark to.. He often runs around for a smoke. It's stuffy in the hall, there are few seats, the main contingent, as I noticed, are elderly people. In room 5, a strange man also accepts equipment....very impolite, very much so. On August 14 , at 11.15 a.m., a consultant sat at the reception desk , who could not tell how to pay for a home phone in six months to an elderly grandmother .I kept her in the general queue for exactly 40 minutes , where there was also a disabled person on crutches , while they did not even offer to sit down . I want to ask you a question!!! Your clients are your parents , friends and relatives. Those who trust the state. IT'S A SHAME!!! Please figure it out!
