Good afternoon. They gave me a certificate for 50,000 tenge, I selected the product on the website, it was said that it was available, I selected it, entered the serial code, issued it quickly, and paid 2000 tenge extra, since the product cost 52,000.now, two days later, the manager writes to me on WhatsApp, allegedly the product is not in stock and will not be, choose another one. And now I have no bonus, no money that I paid for, no goods. I write to WhatsApp and they don't answer me. In general, the service is terrible, the managers are rude, they don't give any information to help. Anyway, they fucked me up. Now I have to sue because no one called or informed me. This is a big disappointment from them, their careless attitude towards customers.
