Terrible service in everything! Queues for parcels, online payment is not accepted. There are queues for a pension.

The building is located in the city center on the one-way Abylai Khan street (near the Kazpost branch). The interior is clean and tidy, there are seating areas for waiting, payment machines so as not to wait in line for service. Operators serve normally, in 2 languages. You can park a car in front of the building, but it's dangerous! And please note that the operators do not seem to be responsible for the quality of the Internet!
