I wanted to buy a modem from them because in the Caspi store the modem is for sale from them and their address is indicated on Bekturov. I came to find out and immediately buy and the girl responsible came out as they said, but she doesn't know anything and doesn't understand what a modem is at all. She left after 10 minutes and came out and said that we don't have such a thing, I show it to my Caspian Sea, here's your CT, she says yes, but no. In short, we have never had a service.

I am a subscriber of Kazakhtelecom, but the quality and high cost of communication leaves much to be desired!!! Tied to the Altel connection, Altel disappears - Kazakhtelecom disappears!!! I tried to refuse their services several times, but they never deigned to show up!!! They are constantly calling and offering new services, although they cannot provide the old ones with high quality!!! Only negative memories and emotions!!!
