I regretted that I switched to their mobile connection. The application is not convenient, technical support does not solve the issues, makes the stupidest mistakes. I've already spent an hour trying to enable roaming and my issue hasn't been resolved. The support number that the manager calls me does not exist.

Oh.. it's a whole epic adventure in this company.you sit in line for 1-3 hours.there is no bathroom, no sink, no water.they serve for a long time.connection requests are accepted with pleasure.but in order to refuse the services of Kazakhtelecom, you will have to sweat.

Kazakhtelecom has completely disappointed! The Internet is expensive and of terrible quality, and the staff is also rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your money and nerves on this company, it's better to find an alternative.
