I decided to switch to Kaztelecom from Beeline. Two employees came, stretched the cable, put an old dead Ericsson router. I was surprised because Ericsson merged with Sony God knows how many years ago. Somehow I registered in my personal account through the mobile application. I paid through the app for 2 days of use in June 2023. Today, on June 30th, the network disappeared. The manager writes to me in whatsapp that I need to pay a monthly payment + an advance payment of 9200 tenge. Okay, the contract is the contract - I paid. I'm asking when the connection will be restored. Answer: within 24 hours. Do you have little gnomes pulling wires? Are you crazy? 24 hours!!! I'll give you an honest two points.
