In September, my wife and I bought an 8-liter cauldron and a small set of dishes. The quality is beyond praise: the pattern on the dishes is clear and pleasant to the eye, the cauldron is spacious. We ordered additional calcination of the cauldron, they did it clearly and quickly. There are many payment options, a convenient work schedule until 20:00. I bought everything here for going out into nature - a cauldron, a pen and a stand for it, spices and a skimmer were a gift! They told in detail how to properly heat the cauldron for the first time and then look after it. It's just great! The quality of the goods is excellent! The whole company spent the weekend with great pleasure, eating delicious pilaf!

The information on the site does not correspond to reality at all. I came to get the dishes (it was written "a lot" on the website) - in fact, what was needed was not there at all. To the question "Why the site does not correspond to reality", they replied that there were holidays and they bought everything! (yeah, there was a rush for Uzbek dishes)))))))
When I approached the store, I met 2 young men with cigarettes at the entrance, as it turned out later - these are employees of this mountain store. When asked if I could go to the store, they said, "Wait - we'll smoke."..The store itself is in a cold basement, looks like a warehouse. Boorish sellers could not really answer any questions, they looked at all prices on the website. The impression is terrible! It is a pity that the management does not react to bad reviews in any way and does not work on mistakes.
P.S. of course I understand that the basement is cold, but hygiene should be observed by employees...The smells are disgusting!

Good afternoon! I have already written a review on Google, there is no response, I repeat here. After reading the reviews here, I decided that people work efficiently and responsibly. But as it turned out, no… Firstly, I ordered delivery before lunch, they said everything would be delivered - they did not bring it. No one even bothered to call and warn about it. Secondly, I called myself after 15:00, they told me: "Couldn't deliver.... It will be 101% by 21:00, you go about your business, the courier will arrive where you need to ...". As a result, the courier arrived at 22:09. So there is also "good news", I ordered for the amount of 108p, but in the end the courier gives me a check with the amount of 113p. How did it happen? Maybe the staff of this store will explain to me. I ordered on the website and saved a screenshot of the basket when I placed the order (photo in the clip). The employee did not inform me during the call that the amount could be changed. It's not about 5p, but in relation to customers, I make sure that reviews do not always reflect the reality of the service.
