Rude and irresponsible staff, so you can't even say that they have ready-made answers right away, they delayed the parcel for 2 weeks and said that they were not responsible for the integrity of the parcel, they blamed everyone except themselves, they were just ready for conflict, I'm very disappointed I won't order through Kazpost anymore!
