All over the world, any issue at the post office is solved at a high level. It's a pity you can't say the same about Kaz.by mail. And not only about the post office, but also about any budget organization, where the managers have no idea about the very concept of "organization", and the staff is insubordinate, incompetent and incorrect with customers. A big question arises about the education of the latter, not to mention the culture of upbringing. I am ashamed of Kazakhstan. The level of service leaves much to be desired
