Pleasant staff, but not comfortable chairs, the ticket machine did not work, due to the fact that I am not a local and have never sent postcards at all, I sat in line for more than 30 minutes to be given a pen and threw the postcard into a box, it's a pity that I spent so much time, but what can I do, I hope the machine will be repaired or at least I'll write a memo about sending letters

Everything is functioning, the staff is friendly, the car service is on the level.The parcel only went from Alma Ata to Astana for a week
