A lot of Almaty residents probably receive their parcels through Kazpost. The staff is polite. The location is convenient, not far from my house and the room is clean, bright, spacious

Very unhurried young ladies and a rude "head" (see appendix) of the department. The speed of the operators is two people per hour. After two hours of waiting, I couldn't buy postage stamps (that is, I didn't even send something, namely, buy stamps)!!!! After that, in a very rude form, I was kicked out (not I alone) from the department.
Addition: yesterday, a woman who introduced herself as the head of the department was very confidently kicked out of the department, and today it turned out that the head was on sick leave and she was not in place (although the lady who was the "head" yesterday was in place). I can't think of another word for deception.
If possible, I do not recommend contacting this department in any way
PS: I have not seen such an attitude towards work, clients and deception in the offices of any delivery service, including Russian Post(compared to this branch of Kazpost, PR can generally be considered the elite of the highest category).
