Terrible service, they do not report the arrival of the parcel, they kept one parcel for 45 days and returned it back, but I searched and contacted 5 times and always said that I was on the way.I barely took two parcels with a fight, they didn't want to give it back and were rude. The girls are not friendly. One is generally rude! I absolutely did not want to figure out why there are two parcels in delivery on the site, but they give only one. She threw the package and left. There is no exit for bags and disabled people. The porch is very uncomfortable. The steps are high and broken.
People are responsive. As the supermarket did, the number of parcels in the department decreased, but not at the end of the month, when people pay rent in the old-fashioned way.
But with such a large company, the renovation of the building could be made more attractive. There was an attempt to update the furniture, but, as always, we saved on the material and we can say that there was no trace left, that there was some kind of update.

There is no terminal for paying for mail services with a bank card. Former employees were smarter and more polite. They did not allow themselves to be rude. It became the worst branch among those where it was necessary to use the services of the post office.
The place is dubious. It cannot be said that order reigns there. The staff is good, but we lost the parcel. The arrival of the shipments is not notified. I have to go to them and wait for them to find the package!
There hasn't been a repair department for 25 years for sure, programs always hang up.. The queue is always there. The girls smooth over the situation as best they can.. There is zero modernity..
The most terrible organization. Employees are rude, they refuse to accept whole, but slightly dilapidated money, referring to the fact that this is the policy of KAZPOST.
