Disgusting!!!!!!!!! There is no parking. The location is not convenient, the traffic flow is so strong under the bridge that it could be demolished. Dust and dirt all around. In general, you can not take a parcel yourself in this department. A woman who is not young runs from one room to another, which slows down the collection of the parcel. A young woman is also sitting on the issue and is trying to process and fill in the data, which is very slow due to inexperience and promptness due to age. Of course, women try to smooth things out somehow, but the impression remains negative. In general, it is not clear to me if the index on the parcel is indicated why the parcel should not be sent to the appropriate post office, but it is sent to the other end of the city. In the qazpost app.kz there is currently no way to redirect the parcel to a convenient address.

I called back at 1499. I was told that it would be delivered on the 14th . And the deadline is 15. Well , it 's the 14th of the one who didn 't deliver anything . On the 15th of that day , I went there myself , they looked at the computer and said that the parcel was sent back . And I complain that you should have come and picked it up earlier . They were supposed to deliver it normally, but it turns out that I have to pick it up myself . That's how Kaz Mail works for us. And I also asked for a complaint book, they told me that it wasn 't there and gave me a written sheet, they say write it here and we'll send it to the head office. Well , I would have walked away from them a hundred pounds and my complaint would have gone into the trash .

This is the second time since March 2025 that a parcel has been intercepted, which must be delivered to the Jana Post pick-up point! When ordering, I always specify a specific pick-up point, but for some reason the second parcel is being brought here... Is this some kind of collusion on the part of the Kazpost monopolist to intercept parcels from other courier services or what?!! The Jana Post pick-up point is located 51 meters from my house, the pick-up point at 158B Rayymbek Ave. is 9.5 km away!!! The Jana Post pick-up point is open until 20:00 and I have time in It's a weekday to pick up a parcel after work. The Kazpost pick-up point is open from 9:00 to 18:00, and only on Saturday until 14:00. That is, I have only one day left in the week, Saturday, to pick up the parcel. Parking is small, tight for five or six cars... the parcel is not redirected to another branch closer to home. It's a stretch to give one star for such a "service": if it were possible, I would give minus five stars.
