This time there were 2 female employees, one of whom left for lunch about half an hour after I arrived. The queue was for 5 people in front of me. As a result, I waited for 50 minutes, after which I was told that the equipment was not being sent abroad. I've never had a more terrible email experience. The employee who told me that the equipment was not accepted was at least polite, so one star is deserved at least for this.
