Terrible service.. Some kind of return to the USSR. The queue is at least an hour long, the service is very slow, there is no electronic queue, not all tables and cash registers are working. The employees have unhappy faces, as if they are doing a favor. As much as possible, we always try not to send by post. And we recommend it to everyone. Although everyone knows it themselves. It's good that now there are many other options where, unlike Kazpost, there are no queues at all and customers are valued.

Central Kazpost, the service is terrible. People stand in line for 2.3 hours. There is only one ATM in the whole city, and it does not work.
