You probably think okay, the boxes are bullshit, but maybe for you it's bullshit. For me, no, the box is a guarantee that the product will be at least a little protected and airtight. And don't forget about the small business that works with the post office every day and sends its goods all over the KZ, and now it needs to look for these boxes in the city itself?

The parcel supermarket system itself has been removed. If earlier it was possible to get a coupon with information in which cell the parcel was, go pick it up without problems and there were fewer queues. Now, you need to spend enough time to stand in line (Due to the fact that this is the central office and there will probably be a couple of people picking up parcels). There were no problems with the staff. Upsetting is the working time until 18:00 pm, which is quite a bit. But these are questions for the main branch.
