In the beginning, the employee ignored it a little. Then everyone began to behave politely. Maybe they were very busy, because many pensioners always go there and sometimes there are queues. Many thanks to the staff, they helped a lot in the end. Our parcel was delivered to Semey on the second day. It surprised us very much. But it took about a week to get to Astana.
