It is in vain that Ozon cooperates with this organization. Illiterate people work who have established their own rules, do not monitor the status of the order, as a result, the parcel lay for half a month with the status on the way when the shelf life expired, and when I contacted ozone support, the status was changed, but they did not want to issue it by track number. I sincerely don't want anyone to mess with this place.

After that, not everyone is served, because it closes in 5 minutes. 3 booths for receiving citizens and a room for receiving parcels. It works for a maximum of 2 people.
