There are constant queues, there are not enough workers.actually, one person works.It's a terrible job, one operator can't handle it, but the management doesn't seem to care.people crowd for hours.parcels are piling up, there is no one to give them to.IT'S A MESS.

What's going on in this department? New staff, they don't have time for anything, the queue is always huge at any time of the day, they are rude. Everything was always great with the old team!
