I once again visited the department of Independence Avenue 16. And I want to say that there is a constant queue, they work slowly, and the service is rude.One operator is working...sooo slow....nervous, irritable. Today there were 15 people in one window to the operator. It took about 30 minutes for the second operator to serve... When asked by the people in the queue how long you work, the answer was, I don't know! You couldn't pick up the parcel, because the operator said I don't know where it is, although she provided a screen that the parcel was delivered, and today is March 7th. Rudeness...and the polite attitude of employees towards people is only worth dreaming about.I would like to ask the management to take measures against these staff operators and improve the service for people.

Boorish, impolite workers who work slowly. The queues are huge and moving extremely slowly. People in queues complain that they have been coming here for weeks, sitting in line and unable to receive their parcels because the post office closes before the queue reaches them. After sitting in line here and finding out, I changed my mind about receiving the package, and I'm leaving.

There is probably no worse service than at this post office, they work slowly , the queue does not move at all from the word , there is a constant lunch in the second window. People are nervous.It's a complete mess.
