If there was no need for the services of Kazpost, I would not go there at all. No matter which department you come to, a maximum of 2 windows are working.... You have to wait for an hour or even more. It would seem that the central office, but the same story. There are only 2 working windows. They also drive from one to another, as if in the same window it is impossible to solve all the issues and sign where necessary.... ATMs in branches do not work, only in the central one, and then it is prehistoric....
