Lunch is not indicated on the sign, but in fact lunch is from 13 to 14. Saturday, Sunday is a day off, how can you get to the post office if many people have the same work schedule. As it was, the staff does not work with people, in the service sector, but serves some kind of punishment, and completely free of charge, there is absolutely no service.
Compared to other Kazpost offices, the service is very fast. I've never seen a queue. One of the disadvantages is working until 18:00. At least 30 minutes longer.

Then the operator called someone and the number came right away. Or she could not have brought it to this, but when she saw a client with a small child, she immediately called and gave out a number. In banks, 20-digit numbers are issued immediately. Kazpost would do well to learn from banks in the organization of the service.
