Kazpost offices are usually conveniently located, which makes them easy to reach. The waiting time in the queue is usually not too long, which is also a plus.
In addition, I liked the ability to track shipments through an online service, which allows you to be aware of the location of the parcel at any time. It is also worth noting that the tariffs for services are quite competitive, which makes Kazpost an affordable choice for many.
Of course, sometimes there are small delays in delivery, but overall I was satisfied with the quality of service. In general, Kazpost is a reliable and convenient service for sending and receiving mail.
The post office, on Potanin, yes, I have seen it now, from time to time I see it. An old, shabby building, which smells of "sovkovost" per kilometer, long queues, managers who do not have time to serve the entire queue. I would especially like to say to the managers of the post office, for their painstaking work, for sitting in the damp all the time, for their low-paid work. Nothing has changed in these 30 years of Independence.
The parcels arrive neatly folded, the service is excellent, the staff is good, the waiting time is nothing at all, even the tongue will not turn to say one -
Fast service based on the introduction of new technologies by employees themselves👍 There is no electronic registration of shipments in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The staff offered to send them all the information about the parcels by e-mail. As a result, the time for processing an international parcel has decreased three times! I am very pleased with the work of the staff of this department.
Very nice girls are polite, but unfortunately the higher management needs to increase the number of employees serving the reception and delivery of parcels, because there is always a queue!!!
The leader in the worst quality of service! The staff is illiterate, slow, and there is almost always only one cash register. The computer is constantly either hanging up or the database is not working. In general, any excuse, just not to lose your leadership!!!
And kaz.the post office is in the wrong place because bags are being dragged from the entrance and it is very inconvenient for the residents of this house and even more so for the entrance to be moved to a separate building.

The service is not up to par, constant queues, slow maintenance, managers are in no hurry ((( often all windows do not work. You don't even want to receive parcels, there are two people in the queue and you will stand for at least half an hour. I don't like post offices for "turtle racing"
Poor service. The staff is completely indifferent and, to put it mildly, stupid. Parcels from China were in the mail for several days, however, no notifications were received on the phone. Only the Chinese sent daily e-mails reminding them that the parcels had been delivered and they needed to be picked up from the post office. Kazazstan Post should be ashamed of its incompetent and stupid employees!
You can allocate more people to receive small parcels, or else there is a constant queue in the 3rd and 4th windows, or you can do specifically 3 sending letters and parcels, and 4 window directly issuing letters and parcels
